Fabrication Studio is a Toronto architecture practice. We work with homeowners who are thinking about the future of their property — how it might accommodate aging parents, returning children, or simply a quieter way of living close to the people who matter. We design garden suites and laneway houses as considered extensions of a family's life on their land. The process is personal, deliberate, and rooted in how you actually want to live.

PROTOTYPE - GARDEN SUITE

The suite sits lower than the main house, and that simple move does most of the work — separating sight lines between the two homes while giving the interior unexpected height. Hanging lights and tall curtains draw the eye up. A small building that feels expansive
